How are you going to improve in the next seven days?
I know, I know, that’s a big question. There’s so many things we can be working on to get closer to the life that we want to live.
But I want you to take a second and really think about how you want to improve.
For us to make changes, to truly improve ourselves, we need to be challenged. We need to narrow in on what it is that we need to do, narrow in on the changes we see, and tackle those changes with full force.
We need to be fiercely focused on making it to the finish line.
So what is it for you? How do you want to see yourself change.
You need to be laser focused, so narrow in on a specific thing. Do you want to be better hydrated? Do you need better nutrition? Do you want to cut back on the sugar or alcohol? Do you need to step up your fitness game?
That’s great. So now, come up with a specific goal to get yourself closer to that change.
If you want to be better hydrated, your goal can’t just be to drink more water. Is that laser focused? No! You need to come up with a specific way to meet that need. So buy yourself a cute water bottle, and drink two liters a day.
So I want to invite you to join me in the Fiercely Focused Challenge.
STEP ONE: Choose how it is you want to change this week.
STEP TWO: Come up with one specific way that you are going to get closer to that change every day this week (eg: “jog for 20 minutes” instead of “be more active.”)
STEP THREE: For the next seven days, follow through on step two.
You’ll run into challenges. It’s not easy to work towards the life you want. You may feel like quitting. You may feel like throwing in the towel. You may feel like the last thing you want to do is follow through.
But believe me, you are worth it. You are worth getting up and pushing towards your goals. You are worth pushing past whatever it is that’s standing between you and all the health and prosperity you deserve.
You deserve to be Fiercely Focused!
What are you doing for the next seven days for the Fiercely Focused Challenge? Shoot me a message and let me know!
